It is fully furnished and has been let for the past 18 months

Alison....how far is sucina from Camposol?? 

The origional poster is looking around Camposol ??

You do of course realise that you have to be properly licenced to rent out your property privately or not ??

Read up on the rules before you attempt to do it as the fines run into the many many tens of thousands of euro's.

Thanks,... I did not know that..... I realise I have much to learn!... can friends stay?... I have told all my friends here in the uk, that they are welcome to stay in my bungalow when I am not there, due to the brexit rules, ...90 days etc.....eventually,I hope to become a resident, full time, but that is in the future, I have informed my friends that I do not require any rent,..they just need their flights and spending money.... I have no intention of renting via estate agents, due to the horror stories, ..damage,theft, etc.....it seems like a lot has changed since I lived in La Siesta and Benidorm, .... that said, I appreciate your advice, and have taken on board your valuable information.
