Check out Casana.nl. They have a large portfolio of legal rental property in the Mazarron Country club. If not familiar with MCC it's another predominantly Brittish urbanisation a few miles away from Camposol. In fact the facilities at Camposol sector A and B would be quicker to get to by car from MCC than from properties in sector C or D at Camposol itself. The Via Verde trail is a nice walk from MCC to Camposol sector A or B facilities. It's an old railway line so quite flat.

Casana all speak perfect English and the website converts to English if you click on the Union Jack.

They offer "hibernation" rental rates for winter long stay. Hope this helps.

We have recently (3 months ago) bought a 3 bedroom bungalow (2 double beds, one single) in sector D on Camposol. We are currently staying in it (just finished redecorating inside and outside, now having a holiday) and will be returning to England between Christmas and the New Year, so it will be available to rent again from January.

The house (Casa Butcher) is registered with the Office of Tourism (tourist licence number VV.MU.3632-1) and the Guardia Civil, so is fully compliant legally. It has invertor aircon units (cools in summer, heats in winter) in the living room / dining room and main bedroom, with a portable aircon and separate electric heater for the second double bedroom, plus ceiling fans in all rooms, with fast fibre-optic internet connection for TV (for Netflix, etc.) and a Sky HD box for satellite TV reception.

This is controversial and won't be well received. Really do you homework if you buy in Camposol. The CRA website is a great resource and will open you eyes to the "issues" in Camposol. Don't get me wrong, it's a great community, lovely people but .....

A guy from Camposol has made literally hundreds of YouTube videos. Expat in Mazarron. Information and entertaining.
