Can anyone help me please. My husband has just been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia here in the UK. So no travel for us Coronavirus or not.
Our problem? Our IBI is due before the end of this month and yes we should have organised this payment via our bank, but rather stubborn husband never wanted to. My first question, can someone pay this for me after of course I have transferred the money in to their account? Or does it have to be me in person. I have to say that in past years, even when I have taken my NIE number the people in the office always want my husband’s NIE and to see him in person. Naturally that is completely impossible this year!
Secondly, our car’s ITV is due at the end of October. This sounds like a long way away but as my husband will have hopefully received a bone marrow transplant by then and will be very vulnerable to the slightest infection, our planned trip in October is off for not just him but me as well.
Second question. Can ANYONE take my car for its ITV or does it have to be me?
If anyone can offer any advice on either of these issues I would be extremely grateful.
Stay safe Camposol, we miss you so much.
Love
Flo
