I live on Sector A, and have to say in the street where I am I'm frequently assailed by  pig/pig muck/pig feed smells at all hours of the day and night. Sometimes you can almost chew it the smell is so strong and obnoxious. Sometimes I think I am living next to a boneyard the gluey smell of pigfeed comes roiling in the window  at 3.am in the morning and wakes me. I'm unable to breathe properly until I close the window. I have complained to the CRA about it as I thought it could pose a health problem but nothing has been done. More pressing issues to deal with I think. I believe in telling it like it is, and if you want to know the plain truth about conditions here in Camposol you will read it on this Forum - .No bull.

I have had a Villa over on D sector for 12 year's now...we don't suffer from smell's of any kind...I am a frequent visitor to to the Vista bar over on A sector...and i can honestly say I have never been put of my beer due to smells of any kind even the bullshit I have got to listen to in the bar doe's not put me of the beer...so are you sure it's not your old man letting one rip around 3 am and not owning up to it...just a thought.

We  have a property on D and really only go to A for the weekly market or off licence but can honestly say that we have never smelt anything at all in all the visits over the last 4 years or so

Roland, have you had your sinuses checked recently ?  You must have a blockage !   - Actually I do live near the Indian restaurant, but I assure you I can smell the difference. It is not smelly all the time, but believe me it's  horrendous sometimes. The waste products must be kept in slurry pits for a time until taken elsewhere for muckspreading.

Christine75, I think someone is trying very hard to discredit Camposol.  I am also sure, without a doubt Christine75 is not saying it as it is. Is that what you call "TELLING PORKY"? 😂.

Maybe you smell dogs' poo and can't tell the difference.  Come on Christine75, I don't want to be rude, you must be living in a world of your own.

Never mind my sinuses have you had your drains checked out ??

You are really just trying to put a down on Camposol & I personally think you should give it a rest.

Just in case any newcomers to this website read this thread.

THERE IS NO SMELL OF PIGS ON SECTOR A AT ALL.

Seems to be too much negativity on this subject and I have to say about Camposol in general

All I can say is that I have NEVER had a bad experience in terms of bad smells anywhere on Camposol at all and especially not on B, the main commercial centre and on D where we have our property

Christine75, I think you are very jealous of Sector A. I live on Sector A, and haven't experienced any bad smell as you wrongly put it.

You should find out why sector A is renamed Los Palacio, The Palace, The Posh Area. I love the description, the crown in the Jewel.

PROSPECTIVE retirees that want to move to Camposol, don't be taken aback by some negative comments. We are All OK living here in the Palace only made for the Expats.
