Just have a good look at Google earth, you will plainly see that Camposol is NOT surrounded by our porcine friends.

Still disagree that Camposol is surrounded by pig farms. Yes, there are some rural areas and definitely a pig farm on the to Corvera but be assured, that the whole of Camposol does not smell like a pig farm

Interesting following this moan/debate, and yes you are in Spain. I was reading the other day that there are more pigs in Spain than humans, not surprising considering the Spanish love of pork and ham. Pigs are reared in the countryside and there's a bit of a clue in your urbanization's name......Campo! You are bound to get agricultural smells of all kinds from time to time and I think planning was granted for that pig farm.

Whereabouts are these pig farms on Sector A & C please? I will like to know. Maybe I could place order for weekly bacon from these farms.

Agreed.  No smelly socks here in Sector A as far as Pinocchio nose can stretch.

We don't have any pig farms directly on Camposol..the only working piggery that I know of is off the perimeter road on lower  C sector and it is a very small farm of specialized pigs the old piggery that people keep on referring to is off the perimeter road at the back of A sector..it has not been in use for many many years.. apparently the council have given planing permission to reinstate the old piggery ..for up to 6,000 pigs...but it is not that easy... whoever is trying to open it back up will have a mountain of EU red tape with regards to environmental impact / smells / control of fly's / rats /disposal of the pig crap and so forth ..you will need a convoy of trucks on a daily basis to feed these animals the special food they require by law.. and a convoy of trucks to remove the crap ...this kind of mass farming is certainly not for a small company to set up it's will take many many millions to get it up and running.

Frequent flyer, This is what I kept telling those who are hell bent on pig farm. It's going to be abandoned as they did years ago.
