That's a pity. They must have changed the law since we were there.
There's not allowed to be any noise during the siesta time either, I think 2 - 5 pm. The police don't like foreigners who don't respect the customs here.
The police also told me that if the noise is really bad, and a nuisance, then it's not allowed at any time of day.

Thanks,
I can confirm its not builders, I think its people who have rented, but I will investigate more.
Just wondering. Do you not have a president you could report this to ?

If it's a Rental property ..the the noise is coming from ..try and find out who they are renting from and complain to them ..if it's a Holiday rental the landlord might not have a Tourist license if this is the case then report them to the police...what you are suffering is very rare on Camposol ..in the 11 years of ownership on D sector I have never heard any noise from music .. other than the odd Birthday party and so forth Camposol is normally extremely quiet .. except A/B sector with music coming from the Bars.

A lot of houses on Camposol are naturally touristico not all I agree, and I must admit in the 15 years I've lived on B I very rarely hear noise from the bars, I did once and I mean once hear a music night many years ago coming from the hotel a Queen tribute if I remember rightly and I must say thoroughly enjoyed it

I have spoken to the "lady" frequently, but as she is drunk every day, if she doesn't remember it, then it never happened! - whatsmore she is no lady!

Yes, but then you have to be prepared to follow through, and live with any consequences.
I have had that conversation this morning, as the noise started again at midnight until after 3 am. last night.
I received the response "Oh, O.K." whatever that means.- We'll see.
We called the local police who came up almost immediately. They didn't tell the neighbours that it was us who had called. The offender was the owner over for a few days with his golfing chums. Police asked for id's from everyone.
