Hi, Ordered a product and tracked same, told it was delivered 6th Dec. No package delivered! Apparently it was at Logistics centre then supposedly delivered to my address on D. Anybody know what I can do now please.
Contact whoever you bought the product from.
Whatever they say it is their problem.
I have had the same problems in the past, I had one said it was at the hub in Spain then out for delivery then been delivered, and when I got to the bottom of it, it was still in England. So always go back to the supplier of your goods or if you sent them yourself to the shipper.
