Then decide on a deputation or the Guardia Civil.
As Residents you should not be subjected to this type of anti social behaviour.
Secondly get the Guardia Civil app " CopAlert" which was designed by the Guardia for expats amd encourage others to download the app too.
It really is useful.

Go to the police. We had the same problem. The police will ask them for id and they'll have to show their passports.
If I remember rightly any excess noise is reportable. You don't have to put up with it at any time. It used to be that after 11 pm and before 8 am there shouldn't be noise, and siesta hours should be observed.
We had horrendous problems on Camposol A with rental properties around us, so much so that we moved away. It is sortable by contacting the police though- we just got fed up with it year after year.
