The Chino on B have a good selection.
Or the Ferreteria in Mazarron market Square if you want more expensive gear.
The power tools in the Chino are up on the very top shelves easy to miss them

Tejerama, opposite Mercadona sell tools and equipment as well as work boots etc. Not sure on prices but would trust them rather than anything electrical from the chino.
