Hi there

Just wondering what the property market is like at the moment me and the wife are looking to retire in Camposol next December just after a general feel of prices have they fallen or stayed pretty much the same.

Thanks in advance

The larger Detached Villas have dropped a bit..but the smaller properties around €55,000 have remained quite stable ..I guess this is down to plenty people with a small budget buying them... generally speaking prices on Camposol have remained stable... currently you can buy a large 3 bed 3 bathroom detached villa with pool for around €145,000..this is currently less that what you would pay for a new build 2 bed starter home outside London in the UK.

Hi we bought nov 18. We have noticed that prices for similar properties to ours are now 20000 euros more than what we paid. Buyers are here. In the last few weeks we have met 2 couples that have just bought on D sector

€55,000 = £49,500 for a two bedroom Villa in Spain...they don't get much cheaper than this you have got to remember that these villa's have already dropped around 40%  since the boom & bust of 2008...  villa's sell quite quickly due to people being able to buy them on a credit card.
