Hi, with spanish social contribution, similar to UK NI contributions, is it right that they are minium 260 euros per month to cover health care. But private care for a family with DKV is 125 euros with full health care insurance. Leaving 135 euros a month for retirement private fund.
Does this make sense?

its not that simple...only 50€ for first year and 260 depends on income. Health care will include much more than you’ve been quoted by DKV and includes existing conditions and prescription charges. If you need to be self employed then there is no way around it but the whole autonomo system is currently under reviewby the Spanish government so things might change.

Thanks for your information and I am holding out on opening a business until the end of the year. As like you mentioned alot is going to change with taxes, governments and visas. Lets hope x

Hi..in response to your question, we purchased our villa through PALS Solicitors, they do all our taxes, give them a call, sorry don't have number to hand...
