We bought our villa just over a year ago and used Pals, I have seen posts on here and some recommend them some don’t. It looks to me that the costs are about the same whoever you use, around 12% above price paid for costs, for this Pals did everything for us and I mean everything, water, electric, Nie no’s and have even sorted all our direct debits and non resident tax for the following year. They all speak English and it appears most have family living on Camposol.

We got all our legal documents about 5 months after completing and have always found them very helpful and easy to deal with, they refunded us about €300 after completion due to an overpayment and some more money that I had paid into their account by mistake whilst transferring money to Spain.

Don’t forget they are solicitors so don’t work for nothing and you have to pay them, but we’re satisfied with their service so far.

Hi we bought over 2 years ago on Hacienda Requilme we used Pals could not Fault them.Everyone you Communicate with most Helpful and very efficient.We also got overpayment refund when we recollected the Deeds.

As you're already using PALS, it doesn't make much difference to your decision and all the replies seem to be positive.

I will add however that I used them for my last purchase and everything they could have got wrong, they did! I don't know if this is your first purchase in Spain, if it is you will probably just accept everything that PALS tell you. My advice in that situation is to read everything very carefully and challenge if in doubt. Don't sign anything until you are completely happy.

I wouldn't use them again, and can't recommend them.

Found them very professional with English speakers and continue to use them and run any kind of questions through them

Yes, I used their services in the purchase of my property. Indeed, they are very professional and I was very satisfied with the outcome of their work, Notary, search, NIE, utilities, etc.

They handle my tax affairs and other few things as well.
