You can buy the Vape Liquid in most Tabacos Shops in the Port.

Besides the tobacco shops, is there any other place where I can buy e-liquids? I mean, vape shops or something like that. I would like to find another place, as the tobacco shops don't have such a great variety of e-liquids and vape products in general. I am sick of all the flavors that I buy from tobacco shops. I would like to find some proper menthol e liquid. All the menthol liquids that I have tried from those shops are not good enough. They are not that fresh, not at all. Considering that I prefer fresh flavors, it is a big problem for me.
