If it is the pne l'm thinking of we have been past this one recently. In itself it looks good from the outside, however it is in a row of houses with a lot of subsidence issues just a little further along (one that is mentioned a lot and causing a lot of the negative comments) shame as this particular one and some nearby are nice looking places, albeit not much outside space. Could be a bargain if a survey clears it of any subsidence issues.

Thanks very much I thought I’d post just to get a locals opinion as we can’t get out there yet and iv heard a lot about subsidence in certain areas of Camposol so just testing the waters as we are ready to buy and settle down in Spain when this pain of a virus is gone,

Hi the reference in the photo says NEC40 so I would presume this means Neptuno on C40

Yup! Mercers use a code like that but looks like it's being sold by bluemed.  Looking at my map of Camposol there is no C40 though so possibly just the 40th neptuno on their books for sector C?

Hi not sure how it works out there, I was just wondering about the location as iv heard about the substance issue in certain areas, was just trying to get an insight to where this property is as I am interested in looking at it when we get the go ahead to visit, many thanks for all your reply’s they are much appreciated
