Hi

We are considering buying a Classico style villa in the next 12 months and we have noticed a lot of them don't seem to have central heating.  I have a couple of questions please.

1) Is a wood/pellet burner enough to heat the whole villa?

2) Would you recommend central heating be installed in all the rooms?

Initially it will be our summer base and casual visits throughout the winter but we do plan to retire to Camposol full time in the future.

Thanks for any advice you may offer.

Kind regards

Karen

We're having a pellet burner installed next month fingers crossed. Our neighbour has a pellet burner, the warmth and heat is good. Some have A/C units installed for heat as well, all depends on your budget and what you would prefer.

Thank you most appreciated.

I like the idea of a pellet burner, cosmetically it is more homely but was worried about other rooms being cold.

If placed in right area and doors open to the bedrooms - should be plenty of heat.

Contact Sol Pellet - they'd be able to advise the best pellet burner.

Sol Pellet fitted my pellet burner.

Excellent job.

The pellet burners blow the hot air so it distribute it throughout the house quite well.

Neil will give you good advice as to size & placement of the stove.

Hi defo need heating. We have a log burner with a special fan placed on top that distributes the heat. We also have an oil filled radiator in the bedroom which certainly takes the chill off.

It depends on the size of the stove.

Mine was a 7kw stove 1800 euro including IVA & fitting 2.5 years ago.

That was in a 2 bedroom Fiesta villa on

A sector.
