There are Community Fees to pay on the Monsora houses on Camposol, these are the ones not built by Masa, but its not a lot.

Hi, once again thanks for all the info. A 12% drop in price does seem a lot when it's put into ££££s. After April we'll know more. Ellen

Hi all, as the title says we're hoping to settle in Camposol. One thing we can't seem to get our heads round is costs of purchasing. Estate agents fees, taxes and such. We have an idea of the type of property we want and have 130000 euro to spend, (mortgage free)but can't seem to nail down a roug...

...h estimate for all the extra costs. We have read various articles which have put the costs at anywhere from 5% upwards. Does anybody have any idea what's costs we will incur on a 130000 euro property. A rough estimate would be fine. Many thanks Ellen.

Approximately 10 per cent. We used a company called Costa Calida based on Camposol to complete the purchase on our behalf. They spoke good English and explained the whole process.

Only if exchange rate is around 1.12 or so.
