Paul69 post a copy of the habitation cert..come let's see it..as far as I know.only A sector has habitation certificate's because only A sector has been adopted by the council...all the other sectors B/C/D are in the process of being adopted... a habitation cert  or the lack of one doesn't stop you living in your villa this is Spain.

I would question this license ..as it has a 2011 date ...habitation certs are issued to a new owner from the date of purchase...and normally only last around 5 year's ..then the licence has to be renewed ..but no-one tends to bother until they decide to move on....the property I own has a Tourist licence so does not need a Habitation cert ...many properties on Camposol have this Tourist licence and no habitation cert as the T.L takes place of the H.C.

It is a copy of an issued certificate that i asked for, as for my certificate that can only be issued when i complete, my spanish solicitor has written it into the sale conditions no cert no sale, but i am buying it from a bank and we have email replies from said bank that there is no problems , so i see your still not satisfied, this is a no brainer if no cert is in place then we sue the bank, so why would a bank lie about a certificate not really worth their while

I think you are right Spanglish....

If it was a Habitation Certificate it would say “Cedula de Habitabilidad” surely ??

Hi Paul

We have a Monsora on C10 which we purchased in May 2019 and I have checked with our Solicitor today & they have a habitation certificate for our Villa we are just waiting for the Deeds to return from the Land Registry.
