I'am enquiring about the cost and maintenance of a decent sized pool.
we are looking at properties with and without pools,but can any give us a average price of the cost of maintaining one.

Around 2000 euro per year to include water electricity & a maintenance contract seems to be the figure.

I have a 10 x 4, if you here permanently you can easily maintain it yourself and I estimate it costs me around 400 euros per year
