A Neptuno  deluxe has a bigger bedroom & bathroom up stairs with two patio doors leading out to the roof top D twice the size as a the smaller Neptunos that people  are trying to pass off as deluxes they are easy to identify as they only have a very small upstairs bedroom and bathroom with only one patio door leading to the Roof top D...Masa the Builders built very few Neptuno Deluxes.   not all Neptunos have a under build only the only ones that have them tend to be on sloping land.

Hi, thanks for replying.  Our estate agent said it's a delux but cannot see whether the bedroom upstairs has one or two doors (from the pictures). It's on a big corner plot,  apparently at the top of a hill, on upper c
