Hi, I also have an under active thyroid and take levothyroxine 100 mg.

I have a prescription in uk but not necessary here in Spain.

You can buy levothyroxine over the counter here without a prescription. 

I pay around €4 for a box of 100.

Yes available over the counter about €2.20 for 28 tablets - 20mg tablets.

Hi, I recognise it’s a long while since this was posted, but is it still that Thyroxine / Levothyroxine can be bought over the counter? I take 150 mcg daily and wondered how easy it would be to obtain.

I’m finally moving early next week to PdM so will I need to register with a dr before I can buy them? (I have health insurance just never got round to the dr part!)

No. Just walk into the farmacia and Show them the this and they'll give you the Spanish equivalent.
