The area around Los Alcazares is a great place to settle, I have lived in 3 locations in Spain Camposol being one of them where I still own a property but I've settled near the village of Balsicas, yes the houses on Camposol are quite affordable, it depends whether you want urbanistic living or a country life style, visit Camposol by all means but as you say have a good look around the surrounding area, good luck i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

Hi chris

We have just completed on sector D.

Campodol feels a great friendly base to be located.

You are a 20 minute drive to beaches etc.

Hopefully you will feel the community's spirit like we did.

Good luck

That's great. Hopefully one day soon we'll be completing on the sale of a property there too. Looks a great area that's why we want to come check it out. Never know may bump into each other soon.

It is great in Camposol, many estate agents to help you. Great restaurants round Mazarron and Port Mazarron, if you want good Spanish food.

Hi Chris, we are doing the exact same thing, we are staying in Camposol the first 2 weeks of July with a view to buy a 3 bed place with a pool, we're not sure if the buy in sector D and be miles away or A / B and close to everything but the properties are more expensive

Good luck with your purchase and I hope you find the property you want. I've been looking on "the place in the sun" website to view a lot of properties and they all look fab. We're renting a 3 bed n pool property from Booking.Com  so I'll be posting whilst I'm there. Good luck and may your dream come true
