Hi ,first post on your forum.Due in camposol in January to look for a three bed villa with pool.Can anyone give me some idea of the lawyers cost?We are cash buyers but would require bank accounts opening etc. We will be buying at £ 180-200k. Any ideas? Regards

Whatever price you agree with the agents...add approximately 12% on top this will cover all your buying fee's.

Hi there,
We bought in June this year we worked on whatever we paid in Euro, with the property tax 8% in Murcia, lawyers fees, notary fees and sundries, the total cost was the same in GBP. We did also have our wills done at the same time. Exchange rate then was €1.14 per GBP, so it will probably be a bit more now. Hope that makes sense? If you want a breakdown, pm me. Recommend you doing your home work on getting a good lawyer. They are worth paying what they charge
