We bought on D and love it. We bought through Mercers who use there own solicitors, lawyers etc. so everything is checked and validated 

I understand that some who bought many years ago probably cut a few corners but with changes to the rules over the year do not think this is so much of an issue these says

Thanks for that, Camposol is looking like our first choice purely on the area, value for money and community spirit.

We have been told that upper C has suffered some subsidence and a part of D had flooded. We will research fully first, but D seems to be the place we will end up, or lower C.
