Presume you have researched, visited / lived in the area and made your own decisions. If so the best of luck with the move. By the way it's "Camposol".

Hi I would like to introduce myself, my name is Glennys & I and my partner Terry is looking forward to moving into our new purchase on section D. We are hoping for a smooth transition & better weather in sunny Spain, than here in the UK, roll on April.

Hi, welcome to Camposol, we are on Sector B, we have friends on all Sectors of Camposol.

Please note the correct  spelling of where  you are going to be living, its Camposol.

Enjoy your time here 😊

You do realise the CRA are disbanding as they’re not supported and have no funds???

Yes read about the CRA.

On the up side have a read about Camposol 2025.

Very good news, about time the Council sorted Camposol, at last big movement and plans.

Not sure a sector E is a good idea, but well done to the council to get things sorted at last, they know Camposol is a gold mine to them, so investment is a good idea.

All confirmed in the Mercia news.

Good luck, hope it suits you, weather is good, but thats not the answer to Camposol problems sadly.

Read the latest from Phil, CRA. it shocked me, and many others.

Who’s Phil CRA?

Why not just post what Phil’s is saying??? 🤔

Regards PD🤭

The CRA is not disbanding. We are reorganising on the basis that there are at  least 4 groupings of people on Camposol. Group one want Camposol to be finished as some poligonos have not been completed by the developer who declared bankruptcy and walked away from an unfinished urbanisation. That  group want the Town Hall to find the money to complete the urbanisation. Group no 2 are people who would be happy for a compromise which may now happen over the next 12 years according to the Town Hall setting themselves up as developer which opens up  opportunities to raise funding through selling vacant plots and licensing fees. At least  that's what we believe. The third group which came into being within the last 4 years are prepared to accept small changes and are trying to get support for Community of Owners which is not what the first 2 groups want because they feel it may come at a high price. Then there is Group four who have no interest at all or who don't want to get involved. I labelled the problem as the Camposol Conundrum and have been trying for  at least almost 9 years to find a solution and I was instrumental in bringing in a team from Andalucía to find a solution. My name is Phil Gelling and I am the current president of the Camposol Residents Association. Many others have tried before me and will probably continue the fight for a solution over the next 12 years.

WELL I HEARD NOTHING BUT YOU ALL RESIGNED, AND PACKED IT ALL IN AS YOU GOT NOTHING BUT GRIEF.

SO NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON, BUT THAT SEEMS TO BE CAMPOSOL ALL OVER, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING, ALL MESSAGES CONTRADICT ONE ANOTHER, ( COUNCIL TO SORT OUT AND TAKE OVER CAMPOSOL, ) BUT NO PRIVATE ROADS TO BE TOUCHED, SO CAMPOSOL WILL NOT BE FINISHED OR BROUGHT UP TO STANDARD, AS 70 PERCENT OF CAMPOSOL IS PRIVATE.

JUST DO NOT KNOW WHAT OR WHO TO BELIEVE.
