There are good and bad estate agents and lawyers, also the same with trades persons, bills depends on the property you buy, I can only give examples of property I own, small 3 bed no pool IBI(COUNCIL TAX) 197.00 water 2 monthly 47.00, electric 55.00-90.00 month, 3 bed large villa with pool 400.00 IBI, water 50.00-70.00 2 months, electric 60.00-80.00 month, car tax 200.00 annual, car ins 400.00-550.00 annual, these are only my examples, then you have food, health ins if below retirement age, but at the moment the sunshine is free but be quick lol, good luck.

We are in the process of buying on sector d with a view to move over in a few years.

There are several estate agents on sector A  & B all were very helpful,  Mercers, camposol properties and i can't remember the one on sector A.

They all use English speaking lawyers in Mazzaron port, so we are hoping it all goes to plan.

They will set up all your utilities and council tax equivalent,  so you don't have to worry.

Cost of living is still so much cheaper than the UK.
