Hello,

My partner and I are looking to move to Camposol in September and wanted to know if there is much bar work after the summer holidays?

We also have 2 dogs to move from the UK to Spain with us, I have registered them for their dog passports and all vaccines are up to date, is there anything else I need?

Also how hard will it be to find a place with the dogs?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks, Chantelle

If you are under UK retirement age...it's not as easy as you think to up stick's and move to Spain...look on Google emigrating to Spain and you will have a better understanding... the chance of you getting a legal job in Spain that will pay your N.I and Tax contributions are as slim as winning the lottery... unless you have some sort of special skill to offer ..but from what you are saying you do not have any skills other than bar work and so on ...bar work in Spain is extremely low paid (as and when required work ) that is paid cash in hand...cleaning swimming pools and the likes is also the same ...as I said have a look on the net good luck anyway enjoy taking holidays in Spain.

Hi Chantelle31

Good luck with this, if  you do manage it please let me know.

I have run Hotels & Public House in the UK for many years so I am Fully Licenced and trained, I would be very intersested to find this kind of work again.

For all those scaremongers on here give the girl a chance, and yes I know the laws are different in Spain! but I can run rings round some of the bar owners on Camposol.I have seen they way the work and not sure some have ever had any formal training including H&S and Hygiene, if fact they are  qualified to sell Alcohol?

The people who took over Sabores del Sur in July couldn't even pull a pint!!!! so what does that tell you ???

That's it rant over....thank you for reading this.......xx
