I brought in sector D last October used mercer’s and Christina the agent. We still chat a lot online and she has helped me out with a good Spanish plumber, and fitting it out with white goods and aircon. Only advice I will give is don’t use mapre insurance as Bankia promote them, but had rain damage which caused rising damp to my villa and the one behind me, they refused to pay out on both off us, so I luckily was told on this forum that you need to give them 2 months notice or else they will charge you again for next year, I told them straight why should I pay you a premium if you refuse to pay out, when back over will seek a more honest insurance company hopefully. Camposol is great, I love it, I was meant to arrive yesterday, but boris stopped that with two weeks isolating when I go back, There is a great hotel in port de Mazarrón called the combre, we stayed there for two nights, was a lot cheaper than my last visit staying in a villa for 3 nights the food was great, and the views from the room was fantastic, Over looking the sea, I love this area and cannot wait to return.
