Hi

Anyone help me by telling me which calle's to avoid when looking for good solid property on Camposol? I am looking for a nice property in sector D,C. As the price is more around my budget. I am confused due to conflicting posts, I just don't want to waste my or vendors time, and money having structural reports on property that's not going to pass due to location issues.

Thanks Andy

It's around 10 properties on Upper C sector  that have serious problems..you don't need to be a building surveyor to see this as they will need to be demolished .. none of them are up for sale ....in total we have approximately 4,500 properties on Camposol ...at present around 250 are up for sale ...it may look like plenty are up for sale ...but this is not so what you will find is that the same property is advertised in other estate agents...A sector is near the shops so tends to be popular with none driver's / B sector is nice / Lower C sector is nice and has a 18 hole golf course / 5 star hotel that is being refurbished at the moment/ good club house / D sector is nice and has the most full time (permanent ) residents it's also further away from the shops....they do have a community bus on Camposol but you will need a car to get around the site as it is 6x4 KLM in size.

I personally would certainly avoid certain areas on upper c especially calle Auracarias as some are falling down. This is the front line overlooking the golf course built on the rambla. There are videos on you tube.

A good estate agent will advise you which roads to avoid.

Some areas on B have issues especially with water leaks and they are often left with no water for hours and sometimes days.

Thanks, this is really useful. I hope to travel out soon as the quarantine restrictions are lifted. Then I will be able to see the area properly. Thanks Andy.

FF  pretty much said it all, what he failed to tell you is that the 5* star hotel nd Spa isn't open and hasn't  been for such a long time, failing that don't let it put you off......Camposol is a fantastic place to live. Come over view, stay/rent on Camposol take a good look around there are lots of places.....enjoy.
