Hi I am looking to buy a property later this year in Camposol. I have read about properties not receiving full deeds to their properties a few years back. Has this all been sorted now as some properties seem really cheap, will these be the same properties and is this what awaiting full paperwork mean.

Hi I rented a villa on camposol From Dec untill last week were going to stay untill June but could not stand the damp

and how cold the villa was and the mould The agent is saying we caused the mould 

Is this normal in the villars around Campsol 

The bottom line is the agent is keeping the deposit to decorate the villa

You should have rented a Villa with heating of some sort ...all of the properties I have seen with mold is usually caused by Tennant's not opening windows to air the place out /drying clothes within the property or not opening a bathroom window when showering ...one person will expel up to one pint of water when sleeping  ..hence the condensation in the inside windows ...but I do not know what your post has got to do with awaiting paper's you should have started your own post.

Now in answer to the original posters questions ...when you buy on Camposol make sure you get the Escutura (deeds)..Fin de obra ( Building licence) these are the 2 main documents ...you will also get what is called a License of first occupation when the council decides to issue them but don't worry no one has one this is down to Mazarron councils incompetence ...you also have two types of properties on Camposol  some with a Escutura for permanent living that you cannot Lett to holiday maker's without a Turistca licence in place..and then you have some that do have a Escutura that also has on it Turistca what this means is that you can rent to holiday Maker's ...but nothing stops you living in the property yourself full time if you do not want to rent to Holiday maker's I have a Turistca classed property myself and I have been living in it for 11 years I do not Let my Villa out.

If you have not got the deeds and so on ...you should go back to the lawyer you used and ask them why you have not received them ...its the only way you are going to get them ...you have no other alternative.
