There is ( or was ) a lady just across the road from the Commercial Centre on A.
Can't remember the address but stand with your back to the Indian restaurant & look across the road.
It's the house on the corner of the junction with Calle Salamanca.
I think she has a sign on the gate.

My wife used to go to Janice Matthews. She stopped doing alterations some time ago. She said she would carry on making new clothes. Hope that helps.
