It will take longer to break in, the window locks. Extra noise would alert neighbours hopefully.
Obviously locks from chino shops will be quicker to break as they selling general sh** in my opinion.
Any form of alarm you really needed, it's the best deterrent when the siren is triggered

hi thanks have an alarm fitted plus rejas now getting security bars fitted to front and rear doors,bring window locks from UK this month agrre chinos locks are not the best quality. cant do anymore

I bought a set of sash window bolt locks from screwfix, very easy to fit and it will make it alot harder to force the windows open
