None residents tax is another tax, which is ok to pay by yourself if you know where to get the paperwork,  but it's easier to just pay Spanish Tax forms dot co dot uk to do for you,  for a simple fee of 30 euros, rather than pay an extra 100 euros for your Solicitor to do it,  Solicitors love this free money for doing nothing!

As I said,  it's easier and cheaper to use Spanish tax forms to do it, try it next year before your Solicitor sends you a reminder,  put it in your diary,  then let your Solicitor know he doesn't have to do this for you, saves you money for something else  :)
