Hi i have owned a property on camposol for 18 years and was not registerd with Masa and the land registry so was not able to obtain my escetura so i was not able to pay my IBI to the council.After all these years i will be able to receive my escutura in the next few months. My question is will i have to pay the full 18 years of back IBI I hope someone can help with this post
