That message usually means that the bill has been paid. Have you checked whether your lawyer set up a direct debit when you purchased the house last year? If they did, the money is taken from your bank account around 6th October each year. The entry will say “Ag Tributaria Reg” Have you checked your bank statement for a payment?

Have you put a previous year in the dropdown box to see if you can see a previous bill ?
You can go back 3 years.
Translated that photo says that there is no data with these parameters.
That suggests to me that you are entering something wrong in the dropdown boxes.

NIF = NIE number ??
Fixed receipt number ?? This number might be your problem I think, it took me ages to find the right number to put in here.
