Just in the process of buying a villa on Camposol C sector that is very close to the communal pool.  I am thinking of having a 3m x 5m private plunge pool installed in the garden, and am looking for recommendations Re builder/installation services. We will be using the villa initially as a holiday home, with a view to permanent upon retirement.  Just wondering if anyone has any advice, re upkeep costs, suitability etc?

Our pool in 9x5mtrs we have it cleaned professionally... when you include electricity and the water that it use on a monthly basis it cost us approximately €100 per month = €1,200 per year .

Chrissy - why would you want a plunge pool ? Very dangerous for children or non swimmers, too deep for most people to enjoy. I would never install one -  opting instead for a Jacuzzi Spa if you want a private area to cool down. Cheaper to install and run compared to a big, deep pond. Kohn pools would install one for you, if you are set on it, -  he has one himself in his garden, and I'm sure would let you view it to get the idea of  what it looks like. when you get his estimate.

I went for a hot tub with Eurospa.  Great service and live it. Thanks for advice.
