Is there a Social Center that is open on Camposol?

Being new to the area I went to what I thought was a 'Community Center' on Sector B. where there was a time-table displayed showing various activities taking place throughout the week. 3 Times I arrived to find there was nothing  happening. Obviously, I read the notice informing Office closed  but did not think that was applicable to classes. Are classes ie. Spanish, Line Dancing etc being held in different location ,if so Where?
