Hi Jo

My wife and I are hoping to move to Camposol in about March time. She teaches Yoga (kondalisa) and will be testing the water so to speak as to if it will be viable for her to start giving lesson soon after that

HI Gary

Well I would be a complete beginner but really need to exercise more.  I did some pilates last year but the language barrier proved too much for me as I felt unsure as to whether I was doing things correctly and didn't want to do any harm.

I haven't had any other replies so not sure how viable but I think if advertised well you would get interest.  There is also a spa hotel on Sector C so you might want to talk to them about offering classes.  There is also a gym and community hall that could work well for classes.

Good luck and let me know when you arrive and ready to start.

Kind regards

Jo

What a good idea starting a yoga class ,I think your wife would have quite a few people interested .also as the previous poster said ,the spa sensol hotel could be a good venue if available.

Hi All

I have been told by the wife that it's called KUNDALINI

It's quite a mild type of yoga for all ages and abilities.

Will keep everyone informed as things progress by more notices on this forum

Cheers
