Just an update. Week after this last message we put a message to them on the app asking why is it was left. Today they are fixing the road. Whether it was my contacting them that spurred this particular repair I don't know, but there's alot more that needed repairing which have been around longer than ours. Positive end anyways. Thanks again for the tips
