Street Lighting very poor but repairs have started but don’t hold out much hope most people have security lighting.

Internet we have used Compusurf on Sector B for 8 years no issues prices are on there website price depends on whether your resident or non resident 

Personal choice on water personally I think it’s fine but my wife prefers to use bottled water for tea & coffee.

The property is on Calle Quesada, do you know of any reason I should not buy it.

I was wondering a out the crime rate as the car will be parked in front of the villa for months.

I would get as much information on the Villa and Street Location before buying I’m not familiar with Calle Quesada so can’t give advice, as for parking we leave our Spanish Car at Alicante airport and collect when we fly over approximately €400 per year with unlimited trips so we don’t have to worry about Street parking or a flat battery or tyres as this is all checked before collecting the car.
