Having recently purchased a flat here I would like some recommendations please for tradespeople; not handymen. I need kitchen cupboards built, painting, perhaps a shower room rather than a bathroom etc. The quotes already received are from ‘handymen’ and seem totally excessive. Perhaps it’s a monopoly and I have no choices? Thoughts please? Thanks :)
