Newbies to Hacienda Riquelme

Hi
My wife and I are waiting to complete (in next few weeks) on property in Hacienda Riquelme.
We have visited a few times already late last year and Jan this year and are really looking forward to being part of the community, initially every few weeks or so, then a more permanent move in few years.
We will be over for few days end of Feb, then 10 days in April and again in May.
Once our lawyer has changed all the utilities into our names, can anyone please recommend someone to meet us there and check all the water, gas and electrics are functioning safely.
Also looking for someone to paint internally and fit one small window.
Air con also needed x 3.
Any guidance / advice appreciated.
