Good morning to all of you !

We bought an apartment on HR , May’23, so this year will be the first to pay taxes, Modelo 210, for non residents , we are not renting out .

Our lawyer send us an email offering to do this for us, costs will be €89,00 for each of us as a couple both owners, excluding tax, so about €230,00 and the Modelo 210 will probably cost €200,00……less than the costs to fill in the forms….(or is this also pro person?)…

Does anyone has experience of a way to pay the tax with less costs , we would prefere a Dutch or English speaking person ,or is it possible to fill in the forms by yourself? Any suggestions are welcome since this is a yearly event..😊

Thanks in advance!

I think most people including us use a lawyer to pay the non resident tax. The costs from your lawyer look high though. We pay ours a yearly retainer of 200 euro, for that we get legal advice, translation services, safe holding of wills and deeds and the yearly taxes. Maybe you should shop around. If you call into Rosarios they have a notice board just on the left as you go in. There are a couple of local offices who offer that type of service.

When I was a non-resident, I used Spanish Tax Forms Ltd, who are based in the UK - their email address is: [email protected]

I think they charged approx. £30-£50 per person to complete the non-resident tax submission on my behalf. They were very efficient and I would recommend them.

Hope this helps!
