We are visiting at the end of the month and looking to secure an apartment at Hacienda Riquelme or La Torre.
Can anyone put me in touch with a person or company who will be able to advise me on renting out the property on a long term basis or winter letting. It would be good to know how much it costs to find tenants and ongoing management fees etc.

You can register your property on line with the tourist board or you could get a Gestor to do it for you or Murcia holiday lets will do it for you, but there are literally hundreds of properties to let maybe 000's, good luck
