Threatening bullying neighbour.

A neighbour blocked our car in the garage, he refused to move his car so I called security to get him to move it. Since then he has accused me of being a liar, saying he will get us thrown of HR and generally being stupid and aggressive. His dog then killed a dog on site, ripping it to pieces, subsequently he lied to police and days fled back to the UK.
He arrived back last week and on last Saturday a sign appeared on our block door saying CCTV camera in operation. Completely illegal and deeply worrying. Please message me for his name and address on Calle Indico.
