Need contact details for local tax office

Hi there

I bought an apartment on Hacienda Riquelme last September - seems everyone but me has paid council tax this month

I have sent numerous emails to my solicitor but no joy

I have tried to research on the internet for contact details for the local tax office but no joy

Could anyone advise me on how to contact them just to query if I owe anything? - and set up a direct debit
