Hi, we’re travelling from Portsmouth to Santander at the end of October and understand we have to complete this health form within 48 hours of travel, is this 48 hours before leaving Portsmouth or 48 hours before arrival in Santander? We actually leave home about 7am on Thursday and arrive Santander 8am Saturday so timing is important to us. Thankyou.
