OK so then you don't need lessons. Just go for a drive. If you are going to stay here permanently you will need to change your driving licence for a spanish one. You just go to your local Traffico office and they will exchange it for a spanish one.

You are obviously worried about driving on the right hand side of the road, don't be. There is hardly any traffic and as you say your vehicle is automatic. Just start with a local drive, some where you know and you will wonder what you are worried about.

I was really worried about driving on the right too and also used to an automatic car. But it's actually very easy and most of the roads are so quiet compared to the UK. Not having a gear stick to worry about makes it much easier - otherwise you would need to change gears with your right hand. Then you just have to  concentrate on which side of the road you're on which soon becomes second nature 😊 Only thing I don't like is driving into Murcia as there are some roundabouts with 5 lanes!

Thanks you are so sweet. I got a flat at La Torre Golf Resort and without car, visiting becomes a nightmare.

I have been seeing a lot of property for sale at La Torre. What do you think of it, is it a good place to live.

It is an excellent place to live...very secure, very peaceful, very beautiful with landscaped gardens, boulevards fountains...the list is endless but the only drawback is you need a car to enjoy this serene glamorous place.
