Before Covid, I went to the office opposite health centre to get my car license form. I was given a print out to take to bank where I would pay. I stood in queue outside office and waited. Now I heard you need to make an appointment. How do I do that?

Are you exchanging your uk licence for a Spanish one or renewing a Spanish licence

I went to local office today & they kindly helped me. I then took form to bank & paid it there. It was for Spanish one.
