...    Golfing does limit viewings because they are away from the beaches and action but are popular with golfing buyers.  Because the properties are sited in beautiful grounds and often have amenities on-site they can also provide a wider set of buyers.   Countryside and remote properties or properties needing a lot of work or updating can delay sales.
