Looking at buying on Las Terrazas

Hi,We bought our apartment on Las Terrazas 2 years ago.We love it,the complex is kept well and love the security of the complex.We usually come out once a month,we should have been there this weekend 😢😢.

Hi, we live on Terrazas and it is the most idilic place to live, it is safe, secure (Security are the best around) and quiet ( except of course July and August).  The grounds man keep the place immaculate (the grass took a battering during the last two storms, September and December but they are working to making beautiful again), the pools are kept clean.  Terrazas isn’t finished but all shells are in the process of being finished.  Lots of people love Terrazas, it is 20 minutes from time he beach, 30 mins from Murcia City and Cartagena.

Looking at maybe purchasing on Las Terrazas. 2 bed not ground floor apartment. One concern is the view of it being unfinished resort. Hard to make progress virtually.  Any suggestions or helpful hints be appreciated.

Prices are moving upwards but still remain great value for money , phase 2 seems to be selling more slowly as they don’t sit right to gain sunshine
